Just like if a car is given dirty fuel then its strong engine will be destroyed in days and the whole car will be damaged. Nature has also made the human body like a machine. Clean, fresh, simple, and natural foods save man from many diseases and seasonal complaints while the use of unhealthy food only causes harm.

More water need in summer.

The amount of hot or cold water cannot be compromised. Salt and water are excreted more from the body due to sweating in summer. Therefore, it is recommended to double its use in summer.
