Belly fat reduction is a difficult task compared to other body fat reduction. We are looking at many peoples who have no fats on their legs arms and buttocks but have belly fat. There is no laser beam through which we can reduce belly fat. Therefore you will follow a disciplined lifestyle.

1-Subcutaneous fat.90% of people have subcutaneous fat, a place just under the skin.

2-Abdominal muscles have a very less quantity of fat.

3-Visceral fat. The accumulation of fat in this region shows a big belly usually that is very bad fat accumulation because some of them also accumulate around the inner organ of the abdomen. Many chemical releases from an accumulation of fat in the visceral region cause inflammation. Those who have Visceral fat will take care of their diet and will be planning to walk daily for about 30 minutes, will quit smoking, The Visceral fat accumulation main cause is stress or anxiety which releases cortisol hormone in increase amount which causes obesity in the abdomen. Loss of sleep or remaining awake for a long time at night can also increase cortisol hormones. which also causes obesity or belly fat. We know that when we feel fatigued, stressed, have bad digestion, have headaches, bad sleep patterns, and restlessness mean we have a high level of cortisol.

We need to enjoy daily walks and take care of our diet, try to enjoy good sleep,

and check our lifestyle for the reduction of belly fat you need to reduce cortisol hormone production.
