Nothing Remains After Nutrition

Nutrition is the basic unit of health development related to the improvement of infants' child health and mental health strong immune system, safe pregnancy, diabetics and cardiovascular health. People who eat good nutrition has always good health and long life. Food contains vitamins and minerals including fruits vegetable grain and meat.

Those who suffered from diabetes and high blood pressure need to focus on a special diet or nutrition which has benefits for them and has fewer harmful effects on their health. They should avoid sweetening diet drinks and coffee and also not take a

more carbohydrate diet.

High blood pressure person will not take red meat fats sweet and more salt. They need to focus on a vegetable diet specially green leafy vegetables which are almost full of vitamins and minerals.

There is not a perfect diet for everyone, but we know sweets or sugar in excessive amounts is bad to take especially if his family history showed diabetes and a crucial diet important for our health we will try to take that diet.

Always avoid artificial foodstuffs like fast food or fried chicken from hotels where we do not know the ingredients and soft drinks. We at least know which kinds of vegetable meat or food which has a sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals.

Nutrients needs taken by humans are carbohydrates fats protein water minerals and vitamins, if we know the food according to the nutritional value then we can take it if we don’t know then we will remain confused. All vegetable fruits and milk eggs contain a good amount of nutrition.
