Night Legs Muscles Cramps

Many of us complain of cramps in the legs at night, really disturbing pain .dull pain cannot allow you to fall asleep.

If you feel pain or cramps after you walked today for a long time or walked by foot 1st 5 MK therefore at night you have cramps or pain in the leg that is temporary. People who always feel cramps in the leg every night are really sick. The main deficiency is salt electrolytes, potassium calcium, magnesium, and a diet deficient in minerals. If they remain persistent they will feel cramps or leg pain at night. At the time of leg cramps or pain, you get relief when giving a good massage or tightly band on a simple cloth. But you need good treatment so 1st you should try to take food, egg, milk, and small bones fats, and salt regularly for at least 15 days. We must focus on iron deficiency also. Some medications also cause muscle cramps like antihypertensive but you also need them so focus on food and take your medicine along with good food or diet.
