If so, you should try a few foods before going to bed that contains

ingredients that help you sleep faster and improve its quality.

Be aware that lack of sleep increases the risk of many life-threatening diseases, while insomnia often indicates a risk of heart attack and stroke.

Banana

Bananas are rich in amino acids called tryptophan and are a good source of magnesium, both of which are needed to make the sleep-supporting hormone melatonin. Helps to keep full for a long time

Honey

Using a tablespoon of honey before going to bed helps you sleep better. Honey, like bananas, contains the amino acid tryptophan, which improves sleep quality. The natural sweeteners in honey slightly increase insulin levels, which helps tryptophan to enter the brain more easily.

Milk
