Pain in the arms and surrounding structures (shoulder, elbow, or wrist) can be extremely painful. Arm pain can be caused by many different factors, but some of them are common overload, trauma (accident or fall), nerve irritation, muscle strain, and mechanical dysfunction.

Arm pain is a muscular condition that affects a large proportion of the population throughout life. Pain in the arms can also be caused by difficulties in the neck or shoulders. Any type of tendon injury, or in most cases, can be investigated by a chiropractor.

Inflammation of the arm

Inflammation of the arm can occur for a number of reasons. Common symptoms of arthritis are local swelling, skin rash, and pressure sores. Inflammation (mild inflammatory reaction) is a normal natural reaction when itching or damage to soft tissues, muscles, or tendons.

When the tissue is damaged or disturbed, the body will try and increase blood circulation to the area - causing pain, local swelling, heat development, redness of the skin,, and pressure. Swelling in this area can also cause nerve pressure.

Inflammation of the neck disc usually causes pain in the arm which is called refractory pain in the arm. Poor posture next and fracture of the bone of the arm may cause arm pain.

Shoulder pain occurs when the rotator cuff tendon gets stuck under the bones in the shoulder. The tendons become swollen. This condition is called rotator cuff tendonitis or bursitis.

Arm pain can be cured by massage and exercise. Pain pills are very good for temporary relief of pain. If there is a problem with the neck, it can be diagnosed by X-ray. The use of a hard neck color is very beneficial and it is important to keep the neck straight in all situations until the pain is cured. A small pillow should be placed under the head while sleeping - special and easy exercise for the neck.

If there is a pain in the arm due to the neck, then rotating the neck from side to side greatly increases the pain. Sitting on a pillow can also increase the pain, so sitting on a pillow should be avoided.

Gentle massage of the neck reduces pain immediately but the massage should be done with the cream recommended by a doctor. Some people use ice for arm pain In this case, it is fine
