It is generally not recommended to forcefully break someone out of their 8th grader syndrome, which is also known as "chuunibyou". This is because chuunibyou is a self-protective mechanism that allows individuals, particularly adolescents, to cope with the challenges and changes that come with growing up.

Attempting to forcefully break someone out of their chuunibyou can be harmful and may lead to negative side effects, such as increased anxiety, depression, or even a sense of disconnection or alienation from others. It can also damage trust and relationships between the person and their loved ones or peers.

Instead of forcefully breaking someone out of their chuunibyou, it may be more helpful to approach the person with compassion and understanding, and to provide them with support and guidance as they navigate the challenges of growing up. This may involve helping them develop a better understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their relationships with others, as well as providing them with opportunities to explore new interests and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
